Memorial Day in Newtown

I would like to send out a big THANK YOU to everyone who came out to walk in the Newtown Memorial Day Parade with my campaign! It was great to see both familiar faces and new ones. It was an honor to walk in the parade as a candidate, and our crew had a blast!

It is truly wonderful to have such a meaningful memorial dedication right here in the Village—a place where we can pause and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

A heartfelt thank you to Chief Synan for leading the Changing of the Colors, to Burger Farm for the beautiful floral arrangements, to Jamie Trascritti for the moving words, and to everyone who played a part in making the Memorial Day ceremony such a special and respectful tribute.
